Dylan is a brewer and distiller at Privateer. After completing his bachelors degree in psychology he was contacted by Maggie that a position was open at Privateer. He joined the team shortly thereafter in fall of 2015. Outside of rum his spirit passions are brandy and Japanese whiskey production. When not working on spirits he enjoys lagers, hiking and vintage arcades. He is very passionate about quality and transparency within the beer and spirits industry and is constantly striving to work towards his goals as a producer.
