Aroma:
Clean nose, with elegant and refined dried peach, apricot, cherry and fig. Savory complexity of forest floor, hazelnut, shortbread and nutmeg.
Palate:
Dry, with high flavor definition and a linear palate. The warmth from the alcohol is well integrated and complements the weight. The finish is long but refreshing with delicate mineral tones.
