Barrel: P111 Cooperage: Used Rum Barrel, 53 Gallons Barreled: January 16, 2016 Age: 2 years and 1 month 27 days A brilliant golden amber hue with a marked color gradient in the tilted glass shows the extended barrel time and integration of this rum. Delicate and detailed white pear, white roses, apples blossom and a subtle exotic perfumed spice tone if found on the nose. The complex and subtle palate is brimming with a core of golden and white orchard fruits as well as lanolin, river rock minerality, honey comb, and custard notes. Poached pear and cinnamon with a hint of hay finishes out the long length.
