Details: Much of our focus during our first ten years has been on refining our traditional house style of distillation. However, we’ve always enjoyed and created a small volume of pot stilled expressions as well. With fewer barrels to choose from, we have judiciously released these to the market as we’ve navigated our approach and aging strategy. We love where this product line is today, and are excited to see it develop further as it continues to age in our New England climate. Homeward marks our oldest pot distilled release to date. A silky mouthfeel with a warm, soft finish, it offers the unique qualities of pot distillation while adding an approachable and comforting character.
