Details: This pot stilled rum has a rich perfume that jumps out of the glass with the sent of toasted brioche, earthy tobacco, and — for us rum dorks — the coveted pot still aroma of 2-Phenylethyl acetate (which smells of honey and roses). The texture is weighty, the finish evolves on the palate, and the aroma unfolds within the glass.
