Details: Garrigue refers to traditional scent descriptor that captures
a mix of wild scrub herbs that fill the fresh wind along the
Mediterranean coast. Delicate hints of dried sage, lavender, sweet
young cypress, and dusty red earthy overlay this brown butter,
dried apple, pear, and toasted pine nut rum with a medium body
and layered perfume. This rum felt a bit wild and rustic, what tasters
might call sauvage, and we wanted to honor that with a fitting
name. This is a small batch and one of our most limited releases yet.
