Dan is a self-proclaimed foodie with a love for all things spicy, accompanied by a cold drink in hand. Dan holds a culinary certificate and has spent most of his career in the retail and food & beverage industry.
While working as a spirits and beer manager at one of Massachusetts’ largest liquor retailers, Dan became fascinated by the process of creating spirits from start to finish. Dan’s passion for good drinks comes from his appreciation of the effort, time commitment, and mind-blowing science behind fantastic drink-making. When he’s not sitting on his deck smoking B.B.Q., you can find him snowboarding, fishing, hiking or visiting breweries.
