Bob’s approach as Director of Sales for Privateer Rum is firmly rooted in his hospitality background. Raised working in the restaurant industry, he honed his skills on the North Shore before setting his sites on Boston. There, he trained under nationally recognized Bar Director Jackson Cannon as Principal Bartender of Eastern Standard Kitchen & Drinks, before becoming the opening Bar Manager of its sister restaurant, Island Creek Oyster Bar. It was during this time that he was certified at the prestigious BAR 5-Day Program, the world's most comprehensive distilled spirits & mixology program. Today, he brings his depth of knowledge and experience to a sales team focused on sharing meticulously crafted sprits, offering genuine support, and developing meaningful, lasting relationships.
