Visual: Medium amber-copper hue
Aroma and Palate: Pronounced cane aromas. Earthy, deep funk with lifted aromas of golden fruit (sultana, dried mango dried pineapple, lemon curd) over more cane on the palate (asparagus, pea shoots, bamboo, hay and white pepper). Lychee, orange peel, and soft cinnamon on the finish.
Palate: Full round, silky body with a velvet texture on the finish. Dry minerality drives down the middle of the palate and dried tropical fruit develops mid-palate. Custard and toast on the front attack.
